Church Street Medical Centre

At Church Street Medical Centre in Eastwood the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

disabled accessWheelchair access is via a ramp. Patient services are all on ground floor level with no steps. A disabled patients’ WC is available and clearly marked. Corridors and doors are suitable for wheelchair access.

APPOINTMENTS

Although we cannot increase, at the moment, the number of appointments available, we are releasing some of the on the day Embagoed slots and making them pre-bookable.  Hopefully this will help Patients make planned appointments and save them ringing in on the day, unless of course they have some urgent problem occur.


FLU CLINICS

 We have held 4 specific flu clinics, although supplies are low, if you fulfill the criteria and would like to have a flu vaccination, please contact the surgery
